1. How many times in a month can I get my haircut?

  • Everyday at either Twin Falls, Boise, Nampa, or Meridian, Idaho locations!

2. What comes with my membership?

  • Each package is different but here are some of the features of the Ultimate Craftsman Membership; unlimited haircuts (Skin Fades included), unlimited facial grooming, unlimited massaging shampoo with hot steamed towel, hot steamed towel neck shaves, a complimentary beverage (beer, soda, water), and all this while watching sports in a classic barber chair with your own flat screen TV in our custom man-cave!

3. What are the payment options for the memberships?

  • When you join any membership plan you will be asked to provide either credit card or debit card that will be automatically charged each month, semi-annually, or annually depending on the membership.

4. Can I get a haircut without a membership?

  • Yes, the cost for a single service haircut is $24.95 which includes a single haircut, hot steamed towel neck shave,  and a massaging shampoo with a hot steamed towel.

6. Do you have to make an appointment or can I just walk-in as a member or a non-member?

  • During COVID-19, we are taking walk-ins as we can but the preferred method is by appointment.  

7. Do you have someone I can speak to about your services?

  • Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to answer your questions during regular business hours in person.

8. How do I cancel my membership plan?

  • This will terminate your membership and access to the shop as of today without any prorates or refunds. 

  • To terminate you will log in to your consumer account and go to My Info > Account

  • You will go to the Auto Pays section and click on the Terminate next to the contract you wish to terminate.
